WHO LETS THE DOGS OUT? LLC is a dog walking and pet sitting service based out of Middletown, New Jersey. It is owned and operated by Theresa Sawyer, a 23 year Middletown resident. After spending many years in Corporate America, Theresa decided to combine her business experience with her life long love of animals, and Who Lets the Dogs Out? LLC was created in August, 2004. We understand that your pets are part of your family, and our committment to you is to provide outstanding service. We'll gladly provide client references upon request.

We are bonded and insured,Vet recommended, and a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI), a leading pet sitting organization. Our pet sitting service includes kitty care, and in addition to dogs and cats, we also offer services for birds, fish and small caged animals.
For daily commuters we provide peace of mind knowing that your pet is receiving a visit, a walk, companionship or a well needed potty break. Walking is a great way to help your dog eliminate problem behavior and frustrations. You'll come home at the end of the day to a happier, more content pet.
For vacation or business travelers we offer an alternative to boarding or placing your pet in a kennel.
